Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Image Worker macOS app and the support communications connected with it. Image Worker focuses on local image import, preview, batch processing, export, and handoff between image tools.

What Image Worker processes
Image Worker processes image files that you actively select, drag into the app, or save through user-authorized export locations. Image processing and export happen on your local device.
- Imported images are used to generate previews, apply selected tool settings, and produce export results.
- Export folders are chosen by you through macOS file selection and permission flows.
- Project results and temporary output may remain on your Mac until you remove them through normal app or system controls.
What is not included
The current version is built around local, non-AI image tools. It does not include the following services or SDKs:
- No account system
- No cloud image processing
- No advertising SDK
- No third-party analytics SDK
- No third-party crash SDK
Support emails
If you email image@showleafy.com, your message may include information you choose to send, such as your email address, issue description, screenshots, screen recordings, logs, App Store receipt details, or order-related information.
This information is used to respond to your request, troubleshoot the issue, improve the app, and maintain support records.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple handles purchases, subscriptions, billing, refunds, and payment credentials for transactions made through the App Store. The developer does not receive your full payment card number or Apple ID password.
Image Worker currently offers both a one-time lifetime unlock and an auto-renewable monthly subscription. Both unlock unlimited exports, while the subscription remains active only during the paid period.
Subscription status lookup, renewal, cancellation, and billing management are handled by Apple through the App Store account settings.
If you contact support about a purchase, include only the information needed to identify the issue, such as an order screenshot or App Store subscription status.
Third-party components
Image Worker includes libwebp 1.5.0 to support WebP encoding and image handling. License and patent notice details are provided in the app through local third-party notices.
Retention
Local files remain on your device according to your own file management choices. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, product maintenance, legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can choose which files to import, where to export results, and what information to include in a support email. You may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance by emailing image@showleafy.com.
Requests will be handled according to applicable privacy laws, including regional rights that may apply to users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, California, and other jurisdictions.
International users and legal requests
Support communications may be processed from the location where support operations are handled. Information may be disclosed if required to comply with law, protect rights, respond to lawful requests, or prevent misuse.
Updates
This policy may be updated when Image Worker changes its features, data practices, or legal requirements. The latest version will be published at this page.
